Payment Options
All pricing is in US dollars. Orders may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, Company or Certified Check or Money Order. Payments returned for insufficient funds will incur a $35.00 service charge. The client is responsible for any legal fees that may be incurred due to payment collection. Overdue accounts will be charged a 2% monthly interest fee. Accounts maturing into 120 days will automatically be sent to collections; the client agrees to all associated costs.
Back Orders
We make every effort to have the product you order. However to provide you with the freshest product we do not stock large volumes. We will contact you on items back ordered for your personal preference.
Required Condition of Storage
Livia Pure Skin Care requires the storage of all products in a climate controlled environment (5-20C, 40-65F) away from direct sunlight exposure and dampness. Containers must be closed tightly at all times, when not in use. Livia Pure Skin Care products must be handled hygienically, using spatulas, not fingertips to avoid contamination is necessary. Do not freeze.
Terms of Use
All information, products and services provided by Livia Pure Skin Care LLC., are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Livia Pure Skin Care hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
In no event shall Livia Pure Skin Care LLC. be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the information or services.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use, the laws of the State of Utah, and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein shall be deemed to govern and you agree to submit to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction of the courts of such state in connection with such dispute.
We make efforts to advise and inform clients prior to making changes, however, we reserve the right to cancel or revise subscriptions, prices and documentation at any time without notice.
Livia Pure Skin Care LLC. may at any time and from time to time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any such revisions thereto and you agree that you should therefore periodically visit this posting to determine the then current Terms of Use by which you are bound.
