Cleanse:
Select Livia Cleanser for skin type. Use 1-2 times daily. Do not cleanse more than twice daily.
Tone:
Select Livia Toner for skin type and spray liberally following cleanser. Mist face periodically throughout the day to keep skin free of bacteria.
Serum:
This overlooked step is perhaps the most fortifying and nourishing step. Serums impart deeply penetrating vitamins and nutrients for strong, healthy, youthful complexions. Apply a thin layer of Livia Serum for skin type to face and décolleté 1-2 times daily. Leave on. May be used instead of moisture depending on your skins own natural oil production.
Moisture:
Select Livia Moisture. Apply thin layer to face and décolleté, 1-2 times daily. May dilute for lighter moisture. Note that if diluted, 16 SPF decreases accordingly.
Eye Care:
Dab a small amount of Ultralift Eye Treatment around the eyes using gentle upward motions.
Body Care:
Dry brush before cleansing or Body Polish in the shower following cleansing. Apply Body Lotion while skin is still damp. Massage in and leave on.

Get some exercise everyday
Don’t pick your skin. Be kind to it and let it heal on its own. However, if you do, use clean hands with a cotton tissue. Dab with Rosemary Clarifying Serum. Don’t touch!
Drink or take skin clarifying herbs such as Green Tea, Red Clover, Chamomile, Burdock, Stinging Nettle, Milk Thistle or Dandelion.
Receive monthly facials for deep cleaning and facial exercise.
Weekly Skin Care
We recommend this routine 1-3 times weekly to replace your daily routine.
Cleanse:
Select Livia Cleanser for skin type. Use 1-2 times daily. Do not cleanse more than twice daily.
Exfoliate:
It is important to exfoliate the skin at least 1-2 times weekly. Removing the dead skin cells that
accumulate will encourage a bright youthful look and discourage blemishes. Apply a manual
exfoliant (Blueberry Botanical Masque, White Tea Antioxidant Masque) or chemical exfoliant (Pumpkin Pro Enzyme Masque) in circular
motions and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse
thoroughly using a damp face cloth or sponge.
Masque:
Apply a small amount emulsified with water or herbal tea and apply layer to face and décolleté. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Remove with a damp cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly.
Tone:
Select Livia Toner for skin type and spray liberally to balance the Ph for your skin and encourage
absorption of Livia serum and moisture.
Serum:
