Shipping & Returns
Shipping Services
Unless otherwise requested, orders with be sent UPS to ensure quick delivery and competitively priced handling. Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping and will be added to the invoice. Please note our minimum shipping and handling is $10. If any shipment is returned due to delivery refusal, or if shipment is undeliverable, a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs will be applied to client’s account. New shipping charges will be incurred to re-send the shipment.

Damaged Shipment
If products are damaged during shipping, please keep them in original containers and immediately notify Livia Pure Skin Care and/or the handler. We will require a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. Livia Pure Skin Care will immediately send a replacement for the damaged products to accommodate the client.

Returns
Client Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order and have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number) from Livia Pure Skin Care to approve the return. Return products must be sealed, unused in their original saleable condition accompanied with the copy of the original sale receipt and RMA number. In compliance, a credit will be issued to the client account. Returns due to client error are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Livia Pure Skin Care Products shelf life is 1 year. No product will be refunded or credited after 9 months of original order date.

Retail Products returned due to client dissatisfaction need an RMA number and Livia Pure Skin Care approval. Please call for instructions for return and we will gladly credit or exchange the product within 30 days of RMA issuance, accompanied by the original sales receipt and a brief explanation.
